Something ‘seraphic’ is considered very pure and beautiful, in the way that an angel would be. It can be used variously to describe somebody’s appearance, particularly a female’s, a gesture, an atmosphere, a performance etc. In whatever context, it has strongly positive connotations, being linked with the heavenly and divine. Mostly encountered in written English.
Even though I was annoyed at my daughter for spilling her drink on my work, she has such a seraphic smile that it is impossible to stay mad at her.
